理发师皮炎(barber’sdermatitis)系指从事理发，美发，护发职业过程中发生的皮肤炎症。

发病病因

在理发，美发，护发操作过程中，理发师不可避免需接触清洁剂，烫发剂，染发剂，护发剂等，这些物质本身及其中的某些原料，中间体对皮肤可产生刺激或致敏作用而发生皮炎。护发过程包括焗油，调理上光及使用护发素等;用于定型，定直，染色，漂白，焗油等的化学物质都是潜在的接触性刺激物和致敏物，除引起皮肤刺激外，时常由刺激性皮炎发展成过敏性接触性皮炎，最常见的过敏原是染发剂中的对苯二胺，定型剂中的硫基乙酸甘油酯，这些物质常可穿过美容师的手套，使敏感的人产生手部皮炎。发病机制染发剂中的对苯二胺，定型剂中的硫基乙酸甘油酯对皮肤可产生刺激或致敏作用而发生皮炎。

加强个人防护，从业操作或接触烫发剂，染发剂时要戴手套，尽量选用高安全性，无臭，无刺激，不过敏的烫发，染发剂。
