面部偏侧萎缩(facialhemiatrophy)亦称Romberg病及进行性面部半侧萎缩症，是一种少见的皮肤、皮下组织及面肌发育障碍的进行性萎缩病。

发病病因

(一)发病原因病因尚不明了，可能与三叉神经，颈交感神经功能紊乱而导致血管运动，营养功能障碍，或内分泌功能失调有关，抑或与颅脑，颈部外伤，感染或胎儿期损伤有一定关系。 (二)发病机制发病机制还不很清楚，可能与三叉神经，颈交感神经功能紊乱而导致血管运动，营养功能障碍有关。
