The pathology of disease

特发性迟发性免疫球蛋白缺乏症(idiopathiclate-onsetIgdeficiency)也称原发性获得性无丙种球蛋白血症或多变的未分类的抗体缺乏性疾病，属于原发性体液缺陷病。

常见症状

恶性贫血；脂肪痢；免疫缺陷；胃酸缺乏；球蛋白异常；免疫性溶血；反复感染

发病病因

原因不明，无明显的遗传倾向，也有同一家族几位同患本病的报道。发病机制发病机制还不清楚，分子遗传学研究提示，本病和IgA缺乏症可能与相同的易感基因即位于第6染色体Ⅲ类MHC区域的补体4A基因(C4A)有关。
