The pathology of disease

指妇女盆腔急、慢性炎症所致的不孕。中医属“薇瘕“，”痛经”、“带下病”、“月经不调”等范畴。多由肝失条达，肝气郁结，或外邪侵袭或痰湿壅阻而引起胞宫不能受孕。西医多见卵巢囊肿，输卵管炎，或子宫肌腺症等。

常见症状

腹部肿块；腹痛；乏力；低热；闭经；腹膜炎

发病病因

疾病因素(30%)：多由分娩，流产或刮宫时，消毒不严引起。环境因素(30%)：月经期、产褥期不注意卫生，或经期不禁房事，或使用不洁月经垫均可引起上行性感染而成。疾病因素(30%)：腹腔其他脏器炎症(如阑尾炎、腹膜炎等)变化，也可直接蔓延到生殖器官而引起盆腔性不孕。其他因素(10%)：属结核者，一是结核菌由呼吸道、肠道或阴道侵入体内，在盆腔形成炎症，从而导致盆腔性不孕症状的出现。
