The pathology of disease

金属元素易被口腔黏膜吸收而沉积，可引起口腔炎、牙龈炎、咽峡炎等，可成为金属物质中毒的早期临床表现或惟一症状。

常见症状

黏膜干燥；口炎；丘疹；鼻塞；头晕；乏力；齿龈炎；胃肠道症状；脓肿

发病病因

(一)发病原因 1.慢性汞中毒性口炎：多由长期职业性接触或应用汞剂引起，蓄积于结缔组织中引起，汞颗粒沿胶原纤维群集排列，很少诱发外源性肉芽肿。 2.慢性铅中毒性口炎：由长期接触引起，多与职业接触有关。 3.慢性铋中毒性口炎：发病率较高，多由内服或外用铋制剂引起。 4.慢性银中毒性口炎：与长期职业性接触或使用银质生活用具有关。 5.慢性砷中毒性口炎：与职业接触或长期使用砷剂有关。 6.慢性金中毒性口炎：与长期使用金制剂或金义齿有关，可能引起机体迟发性变态反应。 7.慢性铬中毒性口炎：与铬化物体内蓄积或接触有关。 (二)发病机制发病机制还不清楚。
