The pathology of disease

Pasini-Pierni进行性特发性皮肤萎缩(progressiveidiopathicatrophyofPasiniandPierni)，自从1923年Pasini-Pierni报道本病以来，又有局限性浅表性萎缩性硬皮病(atrophosclermasuperficialiscircumscripta)，弥漫性特发性皮肤萎缩(atrophiacutisidiopathicadiffusa)等名称。为一种特殊型色素性皮肤萎缩。有认为可能属局限性硬皮病的一个萎缩性亚型。

常见症状

硬化；唇圆或椭圆形红斑；硬斑

发病病因

(一)发病原因　尚不明了。虽家内发现同症患者，但尚无遗传相关的证据。手术、失血、感染可能为诱发因素。 (二)发病机制发病机制还不清楚。可能与手术、失血、感染有关。

治疗方式

药物治疗、康复治疗、物理治疗

预防措施

日常预防有益食品：田鸡油、沙虫干、雪蛤、猪肤、鳖甲等补益之品，奶、鱼、蛋、瘦肉、豆制品等富含蛋白质食物。无益食品：绿豆、海带、冬瓜、西瓜等寒凉之品，烟、酒、浓茶、浓咖啡等各种辛辣刺激性食物。综合膳食控制膳食中脂肪的摄入量，有专家提出脂肪所提供的能量每日不应超过7-10%,增加蔬菜、水果和谷类食物在膳食中的含量。
