软骨样汗管瘤(chondroidsyringoma)以往称皮肤混合瘤(mixedtumoroftheskin)，1961年认识到此瘤为上皮性，而间质变化仅为继发，因此已普遍用软骨样汗管瘤一名取代以往的皮肤混合瘤一名。是一种汗腺的良性肿瘤，类似唾液腺的混合瘤，由上皮细胞及软骨样或粘液样间质所构成。
