The pathology of disease

软组织肿瘤的种类繁多，名称混杂，特别是软组织恶性肿瘤的病理形态学，随着对其认识的不断提高，经常更改其病理命名，致使临床工作者在处理过程中感到比其他恶性肿瘤困难得多。最近关于软组织肿瘤的病理分类又有新的变化，重新命名了一些肿瘤，如滑膜肉瘤改为恶性腱鞘巨细胞瘤等，这种情况是其他任何肿瘤所没有的。

低血糖症；钝痛；淋巴结肿大；腹水；新陈代谢旺盛；淋巴道转移；钙化；瘤体牵拉

发病病因

根据目前对软组织肿瘤的认识水平，对其发生都认为不是单一的因素所致，诸多的证据表明电离辐射是肉瘤发生的原因，例如，在乳腺切除术后经照射以后胸腔发生的纤维肉瘤，除此之外，还与下列因素相关，如先天性畸形，家族性遗传，异物刺激，化学物质刺激，病毒因素，内分泌因素等。
