The pathology of disease

脑肺吸虫病是肺吸虫成虫寄生于脑内并不断移行造成的机械性损伤，及其代谢物等引起的免疫病理反应的一种疾病，以颞叶最常受损。本病临床表现有头晕，头痛，癫痫，偏瘫，视力障碍等，伴全身症状发热等。

常见症状

便血；发烧；腹痛；腹泻

发病病因

卫氏并殖吸虫的致病，主要是童虫或成虫在人体组织与器官内移行，寄居造成的机械性损伤，及其代谢物等引起的免疫病理反应。

治疗方式

药物治疗、康复治疗、手术治疗

预防措施

宣传教育当地居民和旅客不生食或半生食溪蟹，蝲蛄及其制品;讲卫生，不饮用生水，是预防本病最重要的措施。
