The pathology of disease

先天性红细胞膜病是指细胞膜的表面积减少得与细胞内涵极不相称，有几种不同的膜蛋白质异常导致球形红细胞的变化，红细胞表面积的减少，使其通过脾脏微循环时所必要的可变性降低，因而导致脾脏内发生溶血。贫血程度的变化殊异，红细胞的渗透脆性呈特征性增高。
