The pathology of disease

血小板促凝活性异常，又称Scott综合征，其特征为单纯血小板促凝活性缺陷。血小板促凝活性异常由Weiss等于1979年首先报道发现于一位名叫MaryAnnScott的患者故又称Scott综合征。其特征为单纯血小板促凝活性缺陷。血小板促凝活性原名血小板第Ⅲ因子，故本病曾称血小板第Ⅲ因子缺陷症。本病呈常染色体隐性遗传，其病因和发病机尚未阐明。单纯的血小板第Ⅲ因子(PF3)缺乏极为罕见，至今只有数例报道，部分病例可能继发于其他疾病，如Ehlers-Danlos综合征或慢性粒细胞白血病。
