The pathology of disease

巨细胞动脉炎(GCA)又称为颞动脉炎，颅动脉炎或肉芽肿动脉炎，是一种不明原因的全身性血管炎。主要累及脉管系的颈动脉和中度大小的颅外动脉(颞浅动脉，脊柱动脉和眼动脉等)。

常见症状

失眠；肌痛；持续性发热；乏力；复视；反应迟钝；灰白色结节

发病病因

(一)发病原因 HLA-B8和HLA-DR4与GCA有一定的相关性，但并非十分确定。 (二)发病机制具有自身免疫性疾病的特征，具体机制尚不清楚。
