骨髓-胰腺综合征又称为Pearson综合征，是一种线粒体病，由于线粒体DNA的重大缺失(或重排)造成先天性渐进的多系统损害。

发病病因

常染色体显性遗传，红细胞酶缺陷，是由于线粒体DNA的重大缺乏或重排所致。
