The pathology of disease

静脉曲张综合征(veneousvaricosesyndrome)包括静脉曲张，静脉功能不全或淤积性皮炎和小腿静脉曲张性溃疡等一组疾病。

常见症状

静脉曲张性溃疡；剧痛；瘀斑；静脉曲张；生长缓慢

发病病因

本病与遗传因素有关，长期站立或重体力劳动者发病率较高，任何使髂静脉内压增高的情况如妊娠，腹腔或盆腔巨大肿瘤等均可引起。当毛细血管压升高和正常血循环动力发生紊乱时，可导致水肿，毛细血管损伤或破裂，红细胞渗出，引起静脉功能不全或郁积性皮炎，由于皮肤缺氧和抵抗力降低，加上外伤和感染，均可促使溃疡的发生。

治疗方式

药物治疗、支持性治疗、手术治疗

预防措施

避免长期站立，睡眠和坐位时抬高患肢休息，可减轻充血和疼痛，应用弹性绷带或穿弹力长袜可促进静脉回流。
