The pathology of disease

乏特氏壶腹，又称肝胰壶腹，是指胆总管最后斜穿十二指肠降部后内侧壁，在此与胰管汇合，形成略膨大的肝胰壶腹，开口于十二指肠大乳头。在肝胰壶腹周围有肝胰壶腹括约肌包绕，胆总管和胰管的末段也各有括约肌包绕。胆汁和胰液由此经开口进入十二指肠。乏特壶腹周围癌系指生长在乏特壶腹，十二指肠乳头、胆总管下端、十二指肠内侧壁癌的总称，其共同特点是：在癌肿较小时即可引起胆总管和主胰管的梗阻。病程进展缓慢，黄疸出现早，手术切除率60%左右，五年治愈率35%～40%。
