旋前圆肌综合征

The pathology of disease

1951年，Seyffarth首次报道了旋前圆肌综合征(roundpronatorsyndrome)，17例病例均为正中神经通过旋前圆肌或指浅屈肌时神经受到卡压所致。当时其描述的旋前圆肌综合征并非都为旋前圆肌卡压，因此，临床命名并不确切。然而，由于临床长期将此类病变称为旋前圆肌综合征，所以，这一命名沿用至今。

闫铁；腕部疼痛；肩胛放射性疼痛；肌肉萎缩；放射性疼痛；代超；感觉障碍

发病病因

(一)发病原因由于正中神经通过旋前圆肌或指浅屈肌时神经受到卡压所致。 (二)发病机制 1.Struthers韧带为少见的结构，由此引起的旋前圆肌综合征较少见。 2.肱二头肌肥厚或紧张同样可以引起卡压。 3.旋前圆肌纤维束带重复性旋前动作可使卡压加重。 4.指浅屈肌腱形成的浅腱弓亦可引起同样症状(图1)。
