较相对少见，在诊治方面一般多无难题,经及时恰当处理，多数病人能恢复原来的功能，少数病人可留有不同程度的后遗症。。

发病病因

多因直接暴力致伤。多见于外力突然袭击，患者举手遮挡头面部时被棍棒直接打击所致，因多发生在路遇强人情况下，故又名夜盗(杖)骨折(night stick fracture)，此骨折线多呈横形或带有三角形骨块(图1)，因有桡骨支撑，加之附着肌群较少，因而移位程度亦多轻微。

预防措施

受伤有2至4个星期的病人，他们的身体不再那么虚弱，食欲和肠胃功能都有所恢复，那时可适当补充营养，像骨头汤、鱼类、蛋类及动物肝脏等食物比较好，同时也要多吃一些萝卜、西红柿、青椒等，这些食物可满足骨骼生长需要，促进伤口愈合。
