先天性跖骨内收畸形(congenitalmetatarsusadductus)表现为前足在附中关节处的内翻与内收，畸形完全在踝关节前方，而足跟与小腿仍保持正常关系。

发病病因

(一)发病原因多为遗传因素引起，亦有学者认为是由于胎儿在子宫内位置不正所引起，畸形在出生时不一定明显，Kite报道仅1/3在出生时被发现，余在生后平均2.8个月方被确诊，先天性跖内翻畸形也可伴随其他先天性畸形发生。 (二)发病机制无相关资料。
