针刺双内关穴治疗神经性呕吐：饭后，在未出现呕吐之前，立即行仰卧位，按常规取双内关穴。酒精消毒皮肤后，快速进针，约8分至1寸深，待“得气”后。两侧穴位同时用提插手法行针10～15次（强刺激抑制手法）。在提插过，程中，嘱患者作深吸气和深呼气2～3次，此时患者上腹部比较舒适，无恶心，呕吐之意。在5分钟、15分钟、30分钟各重复上述手法1次，最后留针30分。每日2～3次，一般2～3天治愈。
