推拿治疗股外侧皮神经炎股外侧皮神经炎是指股外侧皮神经在其走行过程中受到卡压或损伤，引起大腿外侧感觉异常的疾病。临床表现为一侧或双侧大腿外侧麻木、刺痛、烧灼感、蚁行感，可伴有疼痛，行走、站立后加重，休息后减轻。中医称为'痹证'、'麻木'，认为多因气血瘀滞、风寒湿邪、气血不足等导致经络不通、肌肤失养。推拿治疗以活血化瘀、祛风散寒、益气养血、通络止痛为原则。一、常用穴位 1. 髀关穴：位于大腿前面，当髂前上棘与髌底外侧端的连线上，屈股时，平会阴，居缝匠肌外侧凹陷处。可舒筋活络、通络止痛。 2. 伏...
