【马莳曰：此言灸刺之道，顺四时之气而已。春取经，当是取络。春取络之血脉分肉间，如手太阴肺经列缺为络之类，当视其病之轻重，而为刺之浅深也。夏取盛经孙络处分间盛经，如手阳明大肠经阳溪为经之类。孙络即脉度篇所谓支而横者为络，络之别者为孙也。视其经穴孙络处分间，止于皮肤绝刺之不至于深入也。秋取各经之俞穴，如手太阴肺经太渊为俞之类；若在腑，则取六阳经之合穴，如手阳明大肠经曲池为合之类。冬取井荥，冬气入深，必当深刺以久留之。】
