主治：腰脊强痛、角弓反张、腰骶疼痛、下肢痿痹等

取穴：命门、长强为督脉要穴，配肾俞、委中、腰阳关

操作：命门直刺0.5-1寸，可灸；长强斜刺，针尖向上与骶骨平行刺入0.5-1寸

配伍：命门配肾俞、太溪治肾虚腰痛；长强配二白、阴陵泉治痔疮；命门配百会、筋缩、腰阳关治破伤风抽搐

注意：长强穴不得刺穿直肠，以防感染；命门深部为脊髓，不可深刺
