取穴：大椎、腰奇、水沟、百会为主穴，配间使、丰隆

操作：大椎斜刺0.5-1寸；水沟向上斜刺0.3-0.5寸；发作时强刺激

配伍：大椎配腰奇、间使治癫痫；百会配水沟、京骨治癫痫大发作；大椎配丰隆、水沟、神门治癫狂痫

注意：癫痫发作期注意保护患者舌头，防止咬伤；针刺不宜过强
