蛋黄油治中耳炎：鲜鸡蛋一个去清，将黄放入金属饭勺内，置火上熬（切记勿加水），一边熬一边用支筷子搅动，直到将蛋黄熬焦，视油析出，立即离火，趁热将油倒入备好的容器（如小酒杯等）内备用。患中耳炎时，用洁净的棒状物如筷子，蘸蛋黄油滴入患耳内，1日2一3次，每次2一3滴，连用3—-5天见效。
