穴位定位：在膝后区，腘横纹中点。

主治：腰痛、下肢痿痹、腹痛、吐泻、丹毒、小便不利、遗尿。"腰背委中求"。

操作：直刺1—1.5寸，或用三棱针点刺腘静脉出血。

配伍：配肾俞治腰痛；配曲池（四弯）点刺治急性吐泻。

临床按语：委中为足太阳膀胱经要穴，临床应用当辨证循经，配伍得当则效彰。委，委曲；中，中央。穴在腘横纹中央，屈膝而取，为膀胱经合土穴。
