穴位定位：在面部，口角旁0.4寸，瞳孔直下。

主治：口歪、流涎、眼睑瞤动、齿痛。

操作：斜刺或平刺0.5—0.8寸，可向颊车透刺。

配伍：配颊车、合谷治口歪。

临床按语：地仓为足阳明胃经要穴，临床应用当辨证循经，配伍得当则效彰。地，脾胃土为地；仓，粮仓。穴旁口角，口为水谷入胃之门户，故名。
