Symptoms

Periorbital ecchymosis; diplopia; enophthalmos; infraorbital anesthesia; restricted upward gaze; subcutaneous emphysema

Causes

Blunt orbital trauma (ball, fist); increased intraorbital pressure.

Treatment

Observation; avoid nose blowing; surgical repair if entrapment/enophthalmos/diplopia persistent
