心力衰竭、胸闷、头晕、眩晕、心悸、心绞痛
Atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) is paroxysmal SVT due to an accessory pathway (as in Wolff-Parkinson-White), with the circuit using the AV node and accessory pathway. Clinical: regular narrow-complex tachycardia; orthodromic (most common) or antidromic. Treatment: acute - vagal/adenosine; in preexcited AF avoid AV-nodal blockers; catheter ablation of accessory pathway is curative.
Palpitations; regular SVT; delta wave/short PR (WPW); risk of rapid AF/VF
Accessory pathway forms a reentrant circuit with AV node, causing regular tachycardia.
Vagal/adenosine acute; avoid AV blockers in preexcited AF; accessory-pathway ablation curative
Ablation curative; avoid AV blockers in preexcited AF.
It is recommended to visit the Cardiology/EP department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
