B. dermatitidis; not isolated in nature; dimorphic (yeast in tissue, mycelial at 26-28°C); interconvertible.
Drug therapy, supportive therapy
Protect against skin trauma; masks; disinfect wounds; clean animals; exercise to boost immunity.
