Causes

Phytobezoar (fiber, delayed gastric emptying); trichobezoar (hair); medication (sucralfate).

Treatment

Endoscopic fragmentation; enzymatic (papain/cola) dissolution; surgery for trichobezoar; treat psychiatry; prevent recurrence
