淋巴结肿大、休克
A leukemoid reaction is marked leukocytosis (often >50x10^9/L) with immature granulocytes that mimics leukemia, caused by severe infection, malignancy, massive hemorrhage, or intoxication. It is distinguished from leukemia by benign cell morphology, identifiable underlying cause, high leukocyte alkaline phosphatase (LAP) score, and resolution when the cause is treated.
Fever; infection signs; underlying disease; leukocytosis; immature cells in blood
Strong inflammatory/stress stimulus releases cytokines that drive marrow granulopoiesis and release immature forms; no clonal abnormality.
Treat underlying cause (infection, tumor, bleeding); supportive care
Early treatment of underlying infection/tumor; differentiate from leukemia by LAP/cytogenetics.
It is recommended to visit the Hematology department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
