Treatment: drainage of associated collection; somatostatin analogs (octreotide); NPO/nutrition (enteral/TPN); skin protection; ERCP with pancreatic stent to decompress duct; surgical revision if refractory/persistent; antibiotics if infected; monitor for electrolyte/nutrition losses/sepsis; follow-up imaging.
