子宫颈有举痛、息肉、接触性出血
A cervical polyp is a clinical sign of chronic cervicitis. Chronic inflammation causes local cervical mucosal proliferation; the uterus rejects it, so the proliferating mucosa gradually protrudes from the base toward the external os, forming a polyp, also called endocervical polyp. Usually small, under 1 cm, single or multiple, bright red, soft, bleeding easily, long thin stalk, teardrop-shaped. Another type arises on the vaginal part of the cervix, superficial, broad-based, pale red, firm. Most are benign.
