下腹部包块、尿频
Uterine cyst is a fairly common gynecologic disease often overlooked clinically. It has many symptoms and may coexist with cervical hypertrophy. Causes are complex; understanding them enables targeted treatment. It divides into congenital (from mesonephric/paramesonephric ducts, mostly on posterior wall/fundus) and acquired (secondary to benign disease or from serosal stromal cells: cystic fibroid, cystic adenomyoma, cervical retention cyst, uterine serosal cyst).
Often asymptomatic, discharge
Congenital duct remnants or secondary cystic degeneration.
