Dyspareunia

Dyspareunia means pain or discomfort rather than pleasure during intercourse. It may appear soon after marriage, later, or only at menopause. Pain may be only external, internal, or affect the abdomen, lower back and back; it can occur during, after, or persist hours to days after intercourse. If not corrected and cured, it impairs normal sex and mutual affection.
