肘关节脱位，常为后脱位，多见于青壮年，儿童与老年则少见。儿童肘部受伤后，常发生肱骨髁上骨折，应详细检查。肘关节是肱桡关节、肱尺关节和近端桡尺关节的总称。这三个关节共同包在一个关节囊内，系一绞链关节。关节囊的前壁和后壁薄而松弛，两侧增厚，分别形成桡侧副韧带和尺侧副韧带，桡骨头由环状韧带将其固定于尺骨上。肘关节的稳定，主要依靠肱尺关节的解剖关系。正常情况下，肘关节只能依靠肱脱尺和肱桡关节来完成其屈、伸活动，不允许侧方运动。因此，肘关节脱位也常发生在这两个关节。肘部三点骨凸标志，是指肱骨内，外髁及...
