穴位定位：在手内侧，第5掌指关节尺侧近端赤白肉际凹陷中。
主治：头项强痛、目赤、耳聋、咽喉肿痛、腰背痛、癫狂痫、疟疾、手指挛急。通督脉。
操作：直刺0.5—1寸。
《灵枢·本输》：注于后溪，后溪，本节之后者也，为输。
