Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) is serous detachment of the neurosensory retina at the macula, classically in stressed, type-A males, with idiopathic leakage from the RPE. Clinical: central blurred vision, metamorphopsia, and a round serous macular detachment on OCT/FA. Most cases resolve spontaneously in 3-4 months.
