Concomitant strabismus is non-paralytic ocular misalignment in which the deviation is the same in all directions of gaze, with full extraocular movements. It includes concomitant esotropia and exotropia, most often of childhood onset. Treatment: correct refractive error, treat amblyopia early, orthoptic exercises; strabismus surgery for stable, large deviations to restore alignment and binocular function.

Binocular/fusion imbalance produces non-paralytic deviation with intact movements.
Refractive correction; amblyopia treatment; orthoptics; strabismus surgery for stable large deviation
Early detection; treat amblyopia before age 7-9.
It is recommended to visit the Ophthalmology/Strabismus department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
