Treatment: intranasal corticosteroids; saline irrigation; treat allergy; amoxicillin-clavulanate if purulent; endoscopic frontal sinus surgery if refractory/structural/mass; monitor for orbital/intracranial extension; treat acute complications urgently.

Frontal-ostium obstruction by allergy/polyps/structural causes chronic bacterial/inflammatory sinusitis.
Intranasal steroids/saline; antibiotics if purulent; endoscopic surgery if refractory; monitor complications
