吞咽困难、咽痛
Vincent's angina is ulceromembranous inflammation caused by symbiotic anaerobic fusiform bacilli and spirochetes. Normally present in healthy mouths but pathogenic only when resistance is low (fatigue, malnutrition, vitamin deficiency, GI disease, drug poisoning, poor oral hygiene). Good prognosis; penicillin effective. Local: Dobell's solution, 1% H2O2, 1:5000 KMnO4 gargles; or remove pseudomembrane and cauterize ulcer with 10% silver nitrate. Contagious—isolate. Treat primary disease; tonsillectomy for recurrent tonsillar lesions.
Dysphagia; sore throat
Caused by symbiotic anaerobic fusiform bacilli and spirochetes; opportunistic when resistance low (fatigue/malnutrition/vitamin deficiency/GI disease/drug poisoning/poor oral hygiene). Chronic wasting disease patients are prone.
Drug therapy, rehabilitation, supportive therapy
Rest; avoid cold; treat primary wasting disease; mask for dust/chemicals; drink salt water; avoid alcohol/spicy/extremes of temperature; oral hygiene/gargling after meals; cooling-moistening foods (amaranth/honey/tomato/lemon/kelp/pear/water chestnut); ventilate rooms; avoid prolonged/shouting speech.
It is recommended to visit the ENT department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
