Symptoms

Neck swelling; worse with Valsalva; voice change; cough; air-filled sac; wind instrument player

Causes

Chronic increased laryngeal air pressure; congenital/ acquired.

Treatment

Surgical excision; external approach; endoscopic marsupialization
