Common symptoms

淋巴结肿大、肝脾肿大、肝脏肿大、口腔溃疡、低热、肝肿大、低血压

The pathology of disease

Erythroderma is generalized erythema/scaling involving >90% body surface, from psoriasis/atopic dermatitis/seborrheic dermatitis/drug reaction/cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Treatment: emollients/wet wraps; mild-moderate topical corticosteroids; systemic corticosteroids (carefully, avoid sudden withdrawal in psoriasis); treat underlying cause (biologics/methotrexate for psoriasis; stop drug; immunosuppression for CTCL); fluid/electrolyte/protein support; temperature regulation; monitor for infection/sepsis/high-output cardiac failure; hospitalize if severe; biopsy; follow-up dermatology.

Common Symptoms

Generalized erythema/scaling; >90% BSA; by psoriasis/atopic/drug/CTCL

Causes and Pathogenesis

Widespread inflammation from underlying dermatosis/drug/lymphoma causes erythroderma.

Treatment

Emollients; topical/systemic steroids; treat cause; fluid/protein support

Preventive Measures

Early treatment of underlying dermatosis; avoid trigger drugs.
