Poikiloderma of Civatte is chronic photoaging change on lateral neck (reticulated erythema/pigmentation/telangiectasias/atrophy), in fair-skinned middle-aged women. Treatment: strict sun protection (SPF 50+); camouflage makeup; topical retinoids (tretinoin) for textural improvement; vascular laser/IPL/pulsed-dye laser for telangiectasias/pigment; avoid fragrances; reassurance; follow-up dermatology.
