生长缓慢、官爵银、跖部纤维痛
Fibromatosis is a tumor arising from fibrous tissue, with an incidence of 1.37% of benign soft-tissue tumors. It can occur in the large muscles of any part of the body, most commonly in the rectus abdominis and the aponeuroses of adjacent muscles of the abdominal wall, and is common during and after pregnancy. Extra-abdominal cases are more common in men, favoring the scapular region, thigh and buttock. Depending on age and site, it mainly includes juvenile fibromatosis, cervical fibromatosis, infantile fibromatosis, infantile myofibromatosis and fibrolipoma; onset is mostly at 30~50 years, and it is also not uncommon in children and adolescents.
Slow growth; Guan Jueyin; plantar fibroma pain
Fibromatosis is a collagen-rich fibrous tissue tumor arising from muscle, aponeurosis and fascia; it is benign or low-grade malignant histologically, but the tumor has no capsule and grows invasively with obvious malignant biological behavior, i.e. stubborn repeated recurrence but very rarely distant metastasis. The recurrence rate is 25~57%, recurrence mostly occurring 1 month~1 year after surgery and sometimes even after 10 years or more; hence this type is also called aggressive fibromatosis. Repeated recurrence can extend the lesion, causing uncontrollable growth and endangering life by invading vital organs. Microscopically the tumor is rich in collagen fibers, has no capsule and no clear boundary with surrounding tissue, sometimes incorporating surrounding tissue; mitoses are rare, capillaries and fat cells are few, and a few recurrent cases may show fibrosarcoma-like morphological changes.
