Spontaneous fracture; soft tissue swelling; anterior knee pain
Specialized cartilaginous benign tumor. Well-demarcated, scalloped/sclerotic medullary margin; eccentric in long bones (parallel to long axis), central in short bones/fibula. Blue-gray/blue-white cut with small cysts/myxoid areas; firm/soft/rubbery.
Surgery; supportive care; rehabilitation
