Neurofibroma (neurolemmoma/Schwannoma) arises from peripheral/cranial/sympathetic nerves. Cutaneous neurofibroma from peripheral nerve/interstitium including Schwann cells. EM shows Schwann cell branching in collagen. Cafe-au-lait macules have giant melanosomes (not seen in Albright syndrome).
