Chromosomal abnormalities; immunodeficiency (PIDS/HIV/transplant). T-cell vs B-cell markers (CD4/CD8/CD10/CD19/CD20/CD21, surface Ig). B-cell stages: pre-B (TdT+, heavy chain rearrangement) → immature (IgM) → mature (IgD/IgM) → plasma cell (PC-1/PC-2). Follicular vs diffuse.
Drug therapy; supportive care
Exercise; avoid infection/radiation/toxins/immunosuppressants.
