Galactorrhea

The commonest nipple discharge is pale yellow serous discharge, often in breast hyperplasia, intraductal papilloma, or breast cancer. Purulent discharge is seen in breast inflammation/duct ectasia. Bloody discharge is common in intraductal papilloma or breast cancer. Hyperprolactinemia from endocrine disorder can also cause it; seek hospital diagnosis and timely treatment.
