呼吸困难、紫绀、心源性呼吸窘迫
Adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS, shock lung/trauma lung) is secondary acute respiratory failure with dyspnea and hypoxemia. Causes: shock, severe infection, head trauma, trauma, fat embolism, transfusion overload, DIC, irritant gases, oxygen toxicity, ventilator use, cardiopulmonary bypass, aspiration, burns.
Dyspnea; cyanosis; cardiogenic respiratory distress
Infection endotoxins → vasoactive substances → capillary leak; shock/hypovolemia → reduced pulmonary flow; microemboli; head trauma → sympathetic surge → acute HF/pulmonary edema. Direct lung injury: smoke/gastric aspiration/drowning, heroin/salicylate overdose, infection, fat/amniotic/embolism.
Respiratory support; treat underlying cause
Early recognition; avoid aspiration; lung-protective ventilation.
It is recommended to visit the respiratory medicine department; before the visit you may first book an appointment and connect with experts through this platform.
